Lou & Lee began with a shared love of decorating and grew into an Atlanta-based balloon design studio known for bold, out-of-this-world installations.

Oscar and Lery met in 2009, began designing together for friends and family, and officially launched Lou & Lee Events and Designs in 2017 by combining Oscar’s middle name, Louis, with Lery’s middle name, Lee. Today, their work spans private celebrations, corporate events, commercials, television, film and hands-on balloon workshops across the United States and Canada. Their motto—Real Men Decorate—reflects the confidence, creativity and joy they bring to every room they transform.
